Outsourcing Advantage is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Early Intervention Coordinator In this onsite position, you will play a vital role in supporting children with developmental delays and disabilities by coordinating early intervention services tailored to their unique needs. You will work collaboratively with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure each child receives the best possible support. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood development, possesses strong organizational skills, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Case Management:: Coordinate and manage early intervention services for children and families, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Progress Reports: Maintain accurate documentation for all services rendered and ensure confidentiality and compliance with applicable standards
  • Prescriptions Management: Follow up on expired prescriptions, ensuring all necessary prescriptions are in place before continuing services.
  • Session Note Follow-Up: Ensure authorized services are delivered by regularly reviewing reports, tracking missing or late provider session notes, and documenting any delays beyond 14 days for potential escalation and termination.
  • Service Gaps: Upload gap-in-service forms for missed or inactive sessions and clearly communicate the reasons and resumption plans to the Service Coordinator.
  • Authorization Management: Monitor authorization end dates, request renewals as needed, and coordinate with Service Coordinators and providers to prevent unauthorized service overlaps.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct spot checks and courtesy calls to ensure consistent service quality, while documenting and addressing provider feedback, complaints, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary contact for provider and Service Coordinator inquiries regarding services, while communicating staffing needs and promptly closing cases when necessary.
  • Billing and Data Integrity: Oversee Early Intervention billing by ensuring accurate data entry, resolving discrepancies promptly, and following up on any unauthorized services.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in case management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in using case management software and systems.
