Manager, Health Plan Operations

Role Description
As a Health Plan Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily

operations and ensuring that our vendor/partners are meeting their contractual

obligations. This role requires a strong understanding of health plan operations and

vendor management.

Responsibilities

● Manage and oversee daily program operations with vendors, ensuring successful

outcomes and operational alignment.

● Support the onboarding process with employer groups, including group and

member enrollment.

● Generate internal and external operational reports, including vendor SLA

reporting, internal KPI reporting and other operational reports.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with our business

needs and objectives.

● Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to enhance

the efficiency and effectiveness of our health plan operations.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare management, business

administration, or a related field.

● 5+ years of experience in health plan operations.

● Strong knowledge of health plan operations, with detailed focus on group and

member enrollment.

● Experience managing vendor relationships.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

● Strong analytical and reporting skills.

● Ability to work within and manage cross-functional teams.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to address multiple priorities in a fast-paced

environment.
