You will own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) on a global scale, turning technical partnerships into strategic growth. Your day to day:
- Own the NRR: Drive Net Retention and Expansion revenue through a structured, data-led account strategy.
- Identify Growth Gaps: Analyze usage data and market trends to find "white-space" for upselling and cross-selling.
- Executive Partnership: Lead high-stakes negotiations and foster relationships with our top-tier enterprise clients globally.
- Coach for Impact: Lead and upskill a global team, shifting them from "support" to "commercial growth" experts.
- Drive Accountability: Set aggressive KPIs and hold the team to them through rigorous performance management.
- Build the Playbook: Standardize QBRs, health scores, and retention workflows to make growth predictable.
- Voice of the Customer: Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure the roadmap solves high-value client pain points.
- Executive Alignment: Represent the AM org to the C-suite with clear, data-backed reporting on risks and wins.

Your skills & experience:
- Proven track record within B2B infrastructure or SaaS.
- Sharp commercial & business acumen.
- Data-driven mindset and financial aptitude.
- High-performance team builder mentality.
- Great communication, negotiation & change management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a "Scale-up" environment (moving from 200 to 500+ employees) and leading bigger teams.
- Understanding how proxies, APIs, and web scraping work.

Salary:
- Gross salary: from 5000 EUR/month + quarterly bonus. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
