Job Overview

We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge proxy and web data scraping solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.

What’s in store for you:
You’ll be developing complex products with high coding standards, maintaining our own infrastructure, handling petabytes of data, and solving challenges on a daily basis. We got you covered with a team of strong professionals to support you, a well-built tech stack, and loads of ownership.

The team waiting for you

Webshare is a growing self-service proxy business, with multiple product lines serving customers across the globe. As we scale, we’re looking for a Commercial Product Owner to take ownership of the commercial side of our products — from pricing and packaging to revenue growth.

You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing and other teams to make sure our products are not only valuable to customers, but also commercially successful. A big part of your role will be understanding our customers and market, spotting growth opportunities and turning those insights into pricing, offers and experiments.

This is a role with a lot of room to make decisions: you’ll be expected to dig into the numbers, challenge existing approaches and test new ideas rather than simply follow an existing playbook.

In this role, you will:

  • Own pricing and offerings across all proxy products, including rate plans, allowances, add-ons and extra features.
  • Own revenue growth from self-service customers by identifying and acting on opportunities to increase customer value.
  • Optimize pricing for existing products and create pricing for new products and features, using data and market insights to make informed decisions.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, comparing functionality, allowances, pricing and positioning to identify opportunities and support commercial decisions.
  • Provide commercial input for new products and features, working with Product and Marketing on product decisions and go-to-market activities.
  • Identify trends and growth opportunities and turn them into action, including upsell, cross-sell and retention initiatives, while supporting the growth strategy of the company.

Your skills & experience:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a structured approach to working with data and solving problems.
  • Experience in commercial, pricing, product, strategy or a similar role, with an understanding of how decisions impact revenue and customer value.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Product, Marketing and other teams to move initiatives forward.
  • Curiosity and a deep-digging mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding how products, markets and technology work.
  • Action-oriented and comfortable with experimentation, including taking calculated risks, testing new ideas and learning from the results.
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

    • Experience in a subscription-based business.
    • Experience in roles such as Pricing Manager, Segment Manager, Customer Value Manager, Customer Base Manager or similar.
    • Advanced Excel skills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Gross salary: 3200 - 5000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.

  • Growth & Learning: 40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing.

  • Health & Well-being: Private health insurance, psychotherapy, on-site well-being consultants, 24/7 gym access, and a wellness app.

  • Celebration & Community: Team events, an overseas workation, quarterly team-building budgets, and plenty of ways to mark milestones together.

  • Plus bonus vacation days, paid life-moment days off, barista coffee, and all the tools you need. See the full list of benefits here: https://career.oxylabs.io/blog/our-work-benefits/.
