Your day-to-day:
- Be one of the first points of contact for our customers, both existing and potential, who have any questions or feedback.
- Help in identifying and reporting any bugs to the appropriate team.
- Share customer suggestions with the Product Team to help shape what we build.
- Improve our FAQs and support macros to make self-service even better.
- Train and refine our AI chatbot to handle more queries accurately.
- Propose automation ideas and workflow improvements.
- Monitor and respond to Trustpilot reviews
Working hours:
- Night shift 01:00 to 09:00 EET.
Your skills & experience:
- Fluent English.
- Previous customer support experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable adapting to change and handling pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Experience with Intercom automations.
- Documentation or knowledge base writing experience.

- Salary: Gross salary 1850 - 2250 EUR/month.
