Your day-to-day:
- Taking ownership of outbound sales process. from lead generation to a close.
- Developing sales strategies for client identification and engagement.
- Collaborating with Business Development Representatives and guiding them.
- Leading pitch, demo and negotiation meetings with clients.
- Attending conferences and other industry events.
- Enabling and proactively participating in cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless client experience.
- Refining sales processes and contributing to team projects to optimize sales performance.
Your Skills & Experiences:
- Several of years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IaaS, or tech solutions.
- Proven success in managing full-cycle B2B sales.
- Advanced negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- A track record of success (sales quotas, closed deals, etc.)
- Experience with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, APIs, or scraping technologies.
- Experience selling to engineering teams or industries like e-commerce, retail, or cybersecurity.
- An additional foreign language (always a plus in international sales).
