• Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2-3 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.

As such, we are looking for exceptional Agile Business Analyst Consultants to join our growing team. As an Agile Business Analyst, who specialises in digital delivery, you will work as part of a team to deliver complex technology-enabled change initiatives using Agile methodologies. By playing a crucial role in facilitating effective communication between technical and business teams, you will be at the heart of delivering meaningful digital change for our clients by applying Agile methodologies. 

You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop PA’s vibrant Agile and BA community where you’ll be supported to fail fast, innovate, and develop 
• Grow and develop professionally through support networks and participation in a wide variety of training, such as BCS BA, SAFe, and AWS 
• Support social value and I&D initiatives throughout the year with reserved time to contribute across the firm 
• Take opportunities to become involved at all stages in the sales lifecycle and seek to expand offerings to clients
