People Partner / HR Business Partner (Danish-speaking)

We are looking for an experienced People Partner (HR Business Partner) to join PA Consulting in Copenhagen with nearly 200 professionals. Your role in the People team is to shape the people experience in Denmark and contribute to nordic and regional People priorities.

Reporting to the Head of People, Nordics & Netherlands, you will work closely with regional People teams and global HR Centres of Excellence. You will advise the Danish leadership team, support selected Nordic stakeholders, and help deliver the regional people strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor on People matters to the Danish leadership team and selected Nordic leaders, helping to deliver key People priorities in line with regional and global direction. 
• Support and run local engagement, well-being and leadership initiatives in partnership with the Danish and Nordic leadership teams. 
• Deliver and coordinate People initiatives in Denmark to support culture, grow capability and ensure an effective HR delivery, working closely with the regional People team and global HR Centres of Excellence. 
• Advice on employee relations, wellbeing, inclusion and belonging, and partner with line managers on performance, development and people management. 
• Improve regional People processes and policies with opportunities to broaden your skills by contributing to regional and global HR initiatives.
