About this opportunity
The Supervisor oversees the in-field maintenance and support of warehouse distribution with mobile garbage bins (MGBs) for councils and commercial customers safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations.
The role is responsible for managing field technician teams, ensuring contract KPIs are met, supervising maintenance and distribution activities, and supporting the management of specific bin replacement and retrieval projects.
Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Supervisory experience in a similar operational environment
- Experience in warehouse and logistics operations (desirable)
- Strong safety focus and understanding of WHSE requirements
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety, operational, and procedure documents
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
