The role

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to execute Paddle’s event program with excellence. This role is all about flawless delivery, ensuring every event runs smoothly, reinforces our brand, and supports our go-to-market priorities.

Reporting to the Field Marketing Lead, you’ll play a critical role in turning strategy into execution, from pre-event planning to onsite coordination and post-event follow-up. You’ll manage logistics end-to-end, collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing functions, and help bring to life the in-person experiences that create and accelerate pipeline.

This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role that’s ideal for someone who takes pride in operational excellence and loves bringing ideas to life through live experiences that move the revenue needle.

This role will involve local and international travel to manage and attend events across our key markets.

What you'll do

  • Event Execution: Manage end-to-end logistics for owned and sponsored events, including venue coordination, vendors, shipping, budgets, and onsite support.

  • Event Planning: Build clear event proposals, briefs, workbacks, target lists, and documentation to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.

  • Campaign Integration: Work with the Revenue Marketing campaigns team to ensure events are aligned to broader campaign narratives and their promotional plans.

  • Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales on audience targeting, attendee capture, meeting coordination, and post-event follow-up workflows.

  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all event materials, assets, and onsite experiences adhere to brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Onsite Delivery: Serve as onsite lead, overseeing setup, execution, vendor management, and attendee experience.

  • Operations & Process: Maintain consistent processes for planning, documentation, asset management, and reporting across events.

  • Measurement & Reporting: Track event performance, create feedback loops, and support continuous optimisation of our event programs.

You’ll work closely with

  • Field Marketing Lead to execute against the broader event strategy and roadmap.

  • Sales on attendee targeting, coordination, and follow-up.

  • Partnerships to support partner-led and partner-enabled activations.

  • Revenue Marketing to integrate event execution into campaign motions.

  • ABM to coordinate and maximise influence on priority accounts.

  • Brand & Content to ensure brand-aligned assets and experiences.

  • GTM Operations to support audience building and reporting workflows.

We'd love to hear from you

  • 3+ years of field marketing or B2B event execution experience (SaaS preferred).

  • A track record of delivering events smoothly, on time, and with strong attention to detail.

  • Exceptional project management and organisation skills.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, especially under pressure or tight timelines.

  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with GTM teams.

  • A proactive, commercially minded approach, always thinking about how events contribute to GTM success.

  • Willingness to travel internationally for key events and team collaboration.
