This strategic role combines relationship building with marketing execution to drive demand through our technology partner ecosystem. We're seeking a collaborative marketing professional who excels at developing integrated co-marketing campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline results.
The Alliance Marketing Manager will strategically plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with go-to-market technology alliance partners. This role requires a strategic mindset paired with strong execution capabilities and exceptional collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners.
This is an in office role 3 days/week in our HQ, Santa Clara CA
Your Impact
Strategic Partnership Marketing
Lead marketing strategy for multiple key strategic technology alliances, working with partners marketing counterparts to achieve business objectives
Serve as primary marketing liaison between technology alliances BD teams, marketing, corporate communications and partners globally
Conduct quarterly marketing reviews with alliance executives to ensure strategic alignment and optimize program performance
Campaign & Lead Management
Design and execute multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns across industry verticals to strengthen alliance visibility
Set up and manage campaigns in SFDC with optimized tracking and reporting capabilities
Maintain event list hygiene, upload contact lists, and provide event reporting
Develop follow-up lead engagement plans including nurture campaigns for jointly developed leads
Enable BDRs with targeted outreach sequences, CTAs, and comprehensive campaign information
Track and report on lead status, marketing contribution, and sales conversion metrics
Event Marketing & Execution
Own and drive partner events including webinars, user conferences, and joint marketing initiatives
Manage end-to-end event execution: work-back schedules, and work cross-functionally with central services to develop registration pages, invitations, confirmations, and thank you pages
Maintain and promote internal partner events calendar and create external-facing event calendar
Interface with Field Marketing to coordinate partner event calendars and provide comprehensive reporting
Content & Communications
Work cross-functionally and with partners to develop messaging and content strategy, content across the customer journey and for demand generation (e.g. joint solution briefs, whitepapers, videos, presentations)
Execute amplification of partner releases, news, and events across social media (PANW handles) and Bambu platform
Deliver monthly and quarterly communications to sales teams to establish consistent drumbeat about integrations
Publish internal and external newsletters to build awareness and preference for technology partners and the program
Promote partner events through What's New, Sales Slack Channel, TheLoop, and Field Marketing newsletter
Ensure content is findable and trackable, managing website updates to Alliances page
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, alliance engagement managers, and internal stakeholders
Interface with marketing operations and analytics teams to pull targeted contact lists based on past events and personas
Collaborate with Campaign Marketing to align calendars and share partner content opportunities
Performance Management & Reporting
Establish baselines and report on event highlights with comprehensive ROI measurement on partner marketing activities
Compile and build monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights
Report on Alliances webpage traffic, conversion rates, and content usage metrics and trends
Demonstrate measurable pipeline impact through strategic partnership initiatives
