We are seeking an accomplished Technical Solutions Operations Consultant to lead strategic program management initiatives within the EMEA Technical Solutions organization. This role is pivotal in transforming how we leverage our worldwide & EMEA programs, exploit data analytics to drive operational excellence, process automation, and business growth. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, technically skilled, and strategic leader with a proven track record in program management, exploiting data analytics, & advanced reporting.

Your Impact

• Lead end-to-end program management, including the design, implementation, and optimization of programs relying on data-driven processes and dashboards for the Technical Solutions organization.

• Exploit complex reports and analytical dashboards using advanced tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Sheets, GCP BigQuery, Google Looker Studio, Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, SQL, Python).

• Translate business needs into actionable data insights, proactively identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to inform executive decision-making.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Product, and Engineering to ensure data integrity, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives.

• Author high-quality executive summaries, strategic documents, and presentations to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Drive continuous process improvement through data mining, statistical analysis, and the implementation of automation solutions.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and support business objectives.

• Ensure best practices in data governance, quality, and security are maintained across all analytics initiatives.

• Mentor and train team members on advanced analytics tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement.
