Job Summary
As a Professional Services Sales Architect, you will architect our customers' security transformation, serving as the strategic bridge between our technology and their critical business outcomes. You will partner with Services Sales Managers to drive adoption, lead transformation workshops with C-level executives, and translate complex capabilities into clear business value. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers have the perfect architectural blueprint and resource team to achieve total success with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Services Sales Managers to develop and execute strategies that drive the adoption of Professional Services across core and specialized account teams.
- Lead high-impact, executive-level transformation workshops, challenging customer thinking and demonstrating the business value of our security platform.
- Architect comprehensive service solutions and translate complex technical features into clear, compelling business outcomes for C-level audiences.
- Develop detailed architectural blueprints, Statements of Work (SOWs), and multi-year service roadmaps that align with customer objectives and ensure successful implementation.
- Act as the primary technical and strategic advisor for professional services during the pre-sales cycle, building trust and ensuring alignment between sales and delivery teams.
- Proactively collaborate and exchange information with product, sales, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sale to post-sale.
- Create and present detailed technical documentation, including project timelines and resource plans, to both sales and delivery stakeholders.
