Your Role
As a Junior Project Manager at PALO IT, you will become a key ally in the success of our projects and in ensuring client satisfaction. You will be surrounded by multidisciplinary experts and will take part in projects focused on agile ways of working, technological innovation, and social purpose.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects of different scales.

Participating in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) and helping facilitate team dynamics.

Tracking tasks, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery on time and within scope.

Assisting with project documentation (timelines, meeting minutes, progress reports, KPIs).

Managing internal and external communication, acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders.

Joining client sessions, building a relationship of trust and understanding the business needs.

Learning and applying methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Design Thinking in real contexts.
Who You Are
-
1–2 years of experience (e.g., Junior PM, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or similar roles).

Basic knowledge of agile methodologies and management tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Upper-intermediate English level (you can participate in meetings in English).

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different teams.
Nice to Have:

Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, etc.).
-
Experience in digital or technology projects.
-
Basic knowledge of documentation tools (Confluence, Miro).

Interest in social impact, sustainable innovation, or tech for good.
