Your Role

As a Junior Backend .NET Engineer with exposure to Odoo configuration, you will contribute to building and integrating business solutions that connect modern backend services with ERP processes. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and functional consultants to configure Odoo, develop backend components, and support integrations learning fast while delivering real value.

• Support the implementation and configuration of Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR) according to business needs.

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET (C#) to integrate Odoo with other systems (APIs, middleware, third-party platforms).

• Build and consume REST APIs, ensuring clean contracts, proper error handling, and secure communication.

• Assist with data flows: imports/exports, validations, transformations, and synchronization between Odoo and external tools.

• Write maintainable code with guidance: follow team standards, participate in code reviews, and document your work.

• Help troubleshoot issues across environments (DEV/UAT/PROD), identify root causes, and apply fixes with supervision.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional, QA, product, client stakeholders) in an agile delivery setup.

• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly (e.g., Copilot/GenAI) to accelerate learning and delivery while respecting quality and security.

Who You Are

• 2 years of experience  in software development, preferably backend.

• Basic knowledge of .NET / C# and backend fundamentals (HTTP, APIs, authentication basics).

• Interest or initial experience in ERP systems and willingness to learn Odoo configuration and business workflows.

• Comfort working with databases (SQL basics: queries, joins, CRUD).

• Strong learning mindset, attention to detail, and ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

• Any hands-on exposure to Odoo (configuration, modules, workflows) or ERP implementation projects.

• Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, or ETL-type processes.

• Familiarity with Azure (Functions, App Services) or Docker.

• Basic understanding of CI/CD and Git workflows (PRs, branching, code reviews).

• English proficiency to collaborate in global teams (B1/B2+ preferred).
