Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, structuring, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring strong alignment between business needs and the technology solutions delivered. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity, traceability, and consistency.

• Elicit requirements with internal/external stakeholders and facilitate discovery workshops.

• Identify actors, processes, business rules, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.

• Model UML/BPMN, use cases, end-to-end flows, and user stories.

• Define functional and non-functional requirements with clear, measurable acceptance criteria.

• Ensure traceability from requirements to design, deliverables, and testing (including change impact management).

• Contribute to backlog refinement, functional validation, and prioritization with the team.

• Validate deliverables with users, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and test documentation.

• Keep documentation up to date in defined repositories (requirements, reports, user manuals).

• Report progress, maturity/indicator status, and keep timesheets updated for assigned activities.

• Drive continuous improvement in requirements and testing practices, supporting peer reviews and mentoring junior profiles.

• Comply with quality, information security, business continuity, and applicable HSE policies and guidelines.

Nice to have (UX / functional prototyping)

• Translate requirements into low/medium-fidelity wireframes or prototypes and validate user flows early.

• Collaborate with UX/UI teams using tools such as Figma or similar.

Who You Are

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• 4–5 years of total experience; ~3 years in Business Analyst / Functional Analyst / Requirements roles.

• Strong command of requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation techniques.

• Experience with UML, BPMN, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and backlog management.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (or equivalent).

• Basic understanding of software architecture and system integration concepts (APIs).

• Familiarity with testing/design approaches such as BDD, TDD, Design Thinking.

• Intermediate English.

Desirable

• Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, IREB/IREQ or similar.

• Experience in prototyping (Figma/Balsamiq or similar) and collaborating with UX/UI teams.
