Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Director of IT Logistics & Lifecycle to oversee and optimize the entire lifecycle of IT assets and logistics operations within our organization. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in managing IT supply chains, asset management, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal processes. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between IT and logistics teams to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and support business objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing policies for IT asset lifecycle management, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The Director will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align IT logistics strategies with organizational goals and technological advancements. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and logistics are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT logistics and asset lifecycle management strategies.
- Oversee procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT logistics services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards related to IT assets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize IT supply chain processes.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Coordinate with IT and business units to align logistics with operational needs.
- Develop budgets and control costs associated with IT logistics and asset management.
- Implement technology solutions to enhance logistics and lifecycle management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce risks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT logistics, asset management, or related roles.
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware lifecycle, and logistics processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and environmental standards.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience with IT asset management software and logistics technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
- Highly organized, able to multi-task, with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $150,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This is a bonus eligible position.
