Junior/Mid Full-stack Developer (AI-native)

About the role

We’re combining our Full-stack and DevOps/SRE responsibilities into a single role focused on making the business run better. You’ll work closely with a lead engineer to design and ship internal tools (dashboards, automations, integrations) and you’ll use AI natively to move faster and punch above your weight.

We care more about curiosity and craft than credentials. If you’ve built something, a personal project, an automation that saved your last team hours, a tool you hacked together on a weekend, tell us about it. That matters more to us than a perfect CV.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain internal tools - dashboards, admin panels, workflow automations, and integrations between the systems the business already uses.

• Automate repetitive work - spot manual processes and replace them with simple scripts, scheduled jobs, or AI-assisted workflows.

• Keep things running - basic monitoring, alerting, and on-call support for the tools your team depends on day-to-day.

• Use AI as a force multiplier - lean on LLM APIs, AI coding assistants, and no-code/low-code AI tools to ship faster and do more with less.

• Work closely with your lead - you won’t be thrown in the deep end; architecture decisions and priorities are set together.

Requirements:

• WEB FUNDAMENTALS - Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A framework like React or Vue is a plus.
• BACKEND BASICS - Python or Node.js for scripting and APIs. Basic understanding of databases (SQL).
• AI TOOL FLUENCY - Daily use of AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) and comfort calling LLM APIs like OpenAI or Anthropic.
• OPS AWARENESS - Basic Linux, Git, and deployment (Docker or a managed platform like Railway or Render).
  
  

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience integrating third-party APIs (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Any exposure to prompt engineering or building with LLM APIs
• Familiarity with low-code tools (n8n, Make, Retool, etc.)
• Previous experience in a small team or startup environment
