Off-Page Specialist

About the role

The Off-Page Specialist is responsible for acquiring high-quality backlinks that strengthen Paradise Media’s domains authority and organic search performance. 

This role supports the SEO team by executing outreach campaigns, identifying link opportunities, and building relationships with publishers, webmasters and agencies. The Specialist will also perform AI advance automations to improve and scale the off-page process.

This role can be based in Malta (hybrid) or remote.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Outreach and Relationship Building

• Build and maintain a pipeline of outreach prospects by using outreach tools.
• Personalise outreach emails to increase response rates and foster long-term publisher relationships.

Link Building Management

• Leverage AI to research and evaluate potential link targets and to uncover new link acquisition opportunities.
• Maintain organised prospect lists and link orders.
• Communicate and manage link orders with agencies.
• Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute ideas for improving and automating the link building processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of proven experience in an Off-Page SEO role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful link building campaigns and measurable results. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach and negotiation; strong ability to build rapport and professional relationships; analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management and ability to handle multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs and common outreach tools.
