The Role:

We're looking for a Product Designer, who loves hands-on work and driving success for our clients. Someone with the right skills who fully embraces our culture of continuous improvement along with a founder's mindset, and a strong focus on problem-solving.

You will own and improve:

• Execution: Have a strong sense of design principles and a high level of visual fidelity across deliverables

• Design Delivery: High-quality work on multiple projects ensuring it meets Parallel's standards

• Product Discovery: Work on product discovery through various methods like interviews, workshops, etc. to derive insights, objectives, and constraints around a product to frame problems for the team

• Design Processes: Bring a method to the madness by taking a process-oriented approach to problem-solving

• Innovation: Help the team constantly raise the bar with better and newer ways of approaching design
