The Role

As a Content Strategist/Designer, you’ll define how users understand a product or service — from homepage narrative to microcopy in key conversion moments — making every word purposeful, clear, and impactful. You’ll join a cross-disciplinary team of strategists, designers, and product thinkers who care deeply about both craft and outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Narrative Design

  • Translate product positioning, ICP insights, and value frameworks into site structures and content plans

  • Define messages and narrative flows that help users quickly answer “What does this do?” and “Why it matters”

  • Shape content hierarchies, headings, and layouts with purpose

Copywriting & Conversion-Focused Copy

  • Write clear, concise, action-oriented content for:

    • Homepages, solution & feature pages

    • CTAs, forms, onboarding flows, error states, and microcopy

    • Blog & thought pieces (aligned to strategy)

  • Make language scannable, readable, and optimized for action

Performance & Iteration

  • Apply insights, analytics, and user feedback to refine content

  • Partner with designers to test content hypotheses and iterate rapidly

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work with strategy, UX, visual design, and product teams to ensure content integrates smoothly with experience and business goals

  • Help teams understand content rationale, not just deliver copy
