About The Role:

At Parallel, our Project Managers are the quiet force behind our most ambitious work, bringing clarity, momentum, and structure to fast-moving teams. You will think in systems, anticipate roadblocks before they surface, and bring a calm, solutions-first mindset to every challenge. Whether navigating shifting priorities or aligning cross-functional teams, you keep the big picture in focus without losing track of the details that matter.

With sharp communication, thoughtful leadership, and a deep commitment to collaboration, you create the conditions for great work to happen. You’re the person teams rely on to keep things on track - and the reason they can focus on doing their best work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and clients.

  • Take ownership of the project plan, which includes schedules, communications, risk assessment, and deliverables.

  • Provide support to team members by eliminating obstacles to their work and identifying ways to enhance efficiency.

  • Drive decision-making regarding the project's scope.

  • Manage project finances, timelines, resources, and priorities.

  • Identify, address, communicate, and escalate both project risks and opportunities, particularly those related to product design and development.

  • Collaborate closely with the project team to define the product's scope, roadmap, and key milestones, ensuring alignment with our budget and resource plan.

  • Take charge of scope prioritization and communicate delivery expectations to the client.

  • Review work progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure it aligns with our quality standards and project objectives.
