The Role

We’re hiring a Partnerships Coordinator to help build and operationalize Parallel’s partnerships function. This is not a passive relationship role. It’s part strategy, part systems, part deal execution.

You’ll work closely with Growth and Leadership to:

  • Identify and prioritize ecosystem opportunities

  • Build repeatable outbound and nurture systems

  • Activate referral and co-marketing pipelines

  • Track performance and optimize conversion

What You’ll Own:

Partnership Sourcing & Mapping

  • Map the ecosystem: VCs, SaaS operators, agencies, SaaS tools, communities

  • Research and prioritize high-leverage targets

  • Maintain structured CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking

  • Identify “warm path” introductions via network mapping

Outreach & Activation

  • Draft and manage personalized outreach

  • Coordinate intro calls and prep briefs

  • Prepare partnership one-pagers and decks

  • Drive follow-ups and keep momentum high

Co-Marketing & Referrals

  • Execute joint webinars, case studies, events, newsletters

  • Track inbound referrals and attribution

  • Support creation of partner-specific positioning materials

  • Coordinate cross-posting and launch amplification

Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain a live partnerships dashboard

  • Track: pipeline value, sourced revenue, conversion rates

  • Build quarterly partner review reports

  • Improve process based on conversion data
