- Basic understanding of telecom network architecture (e.g., 2G,3G,LTE/5G,ORAN, Core)
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools and troubleshooting procedures
- Familiarity with IP networking concepts (IP address, ping, traceroute, etc.)
- Knowledge of Linux commands
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
What you will do:
- Responsible for 24/7 Network monitoring, rotating shift basis
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution
- Perform 1st level of analysis
- Deliver daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting
