We are seeking a talented Senior AI Engineer to join our AI/ML team on our AI transformation mission. In this role, you will help design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. You will work on developing intelligent agents, integrating large language models (LLMs), and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to life. What will you do:

Design, develop, and deploy AI systems, including LLM-based applications and autonomous AI agents.
Build scalable backend services and integrate AI capabilities into production systems.
Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and research to continuously improve system performance.
Work with large datasets and optimize data pipelines for AI and analytics workflows.
Ensure high-quality code, performance, and reliability across all AI-related components.

What you need you have:

3+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer.
Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., model integration, fine-tuning, prompt engineering) and AI agent development.
Strong programming skills — Python and typescript.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Independent and self-driven, while also being an effective team player.
Experience building scalable, production-grade systems.
Passion for new technologies and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have:

Knowledge of cellular networks or communication systems.
Experience with big data tools (e.g., ELK stack and K8s)
Experience with AWS and K8s
Experience with ML model training, optimization and productization

Education:

B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field (M.Sc. - an advantage)
