Personal Assistant
Job Overview
Job description:
- Reports directly to CPO
- Manage the day-to-day office tasks of CPO
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain accurate diary with a professional understanding of prioritizing important deliverables, schedule meetings and appointments accordingly
- Make travel arrangements
- Translate required documentation
- Participate at the meetings to assist CPO with translation
- Taking and distributing accurate minutes of meeting
- Draft presentation, documents and communications
- Produce accurate reports
Requirements
- Proven related work experience in in administrative/executive support roles, preferably as a Personal Assistant
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s in the relevant area. Degree in Human Resources Management would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook (especially Excel analysis, Word and Power point)
- Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
- Excellent writing, proof reading and translating skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a very high level of accuracy with particular attention to deadlines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information
