In this integral role, you will provide exceptional support and assistance to our Icelandic-speaking customers. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. If you are fluent in Icelandic and passionate about customer service, we would love to have you on our team!


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Icelandic.
  • Assist customers with questions and provide clear solutions regarding our products and services.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
  • Experience in a customer support role or an equivalent position is preferred.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
