Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, addressing issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Icelandic.
- Assist customers with questions and provide clear solutions regarding our products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
- Experience in a customer support role or an equivalent position is preferred.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus.
