Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Croatian-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat, focusing on e-commerce queries.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and payment processing.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints with prompt solutions.
- Guide customers through product offerings and any ongoing promotions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or customer service roles is highly desirable.
