In this exciting position, you will provide dedicated support to our Icelandic-speaking clients, helping them with their inquiries regarding our entertainment services. Your fluency in Icelandic, combined with your commitment to exceptional customer service, will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Responsibilities

• Assist Icelandic-speaking clients with inquiries related to entertainment services, events, and bookings.
• Deliver excellent customer service across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve booking-related issues and address client concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions for follow-up and quality control.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery based on customer feedback.
• Stay informed about upcoming events and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an asset.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or within the entertainment sector is preferable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in the entertainment field and a commitment to client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with customer relationship management software is a bonus.
