Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding mobile support to Icelandic-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile applications, devices, and connectivity.
- Assist users with the installation, configuration, and efficient usage of mobile apps.
- Document all support interactions clearly and accurately in the customer service management system.
- Stay updated on product developments and mobile technology trends to provide informed support.
- Collaborate effectively with product teams to relay user feedback and improvement suggestions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or mobile support is highly desirable.
