- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.
- Assist customers with questions about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of customer support.
- Stay informed about product features and updates to effectively assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency with customer service software or CRM tools is a plus.
