Your main duties will include responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Assist customers with questions about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the quality of customer support.
  • Stay informed about product features and updates to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with customer service software or CRM tools is a plus.
