Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to consumer products, order management, and fulfillment processes.
- Respond to customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, striving for effective solutions.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to offer accurate information.
- Document customer interactions systematically to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues as they arise.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the consumer goods sector.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Capability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
