Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to IT products and services.
- Assist clients with technical issues, product information, and general customer support.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-up and reporting.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest IT solutions and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and effectively communicate solutions to clients.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
