Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and repairs.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer service processes.
- Utilize customer feedback to suggest enhancements to products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
