Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to travel and accommodation.
- Assist customers with booking accommodations, travel itineraries, and any travel-related services.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for destinations, attractions, and activities to enhance the client experience.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring timely resolutions and satisfaction.
- Work closely with various internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay current on industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback for service enhancement purposes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with booking systems and customer service software is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A passion for travel and a willingness to help others make the most of their journeys.
