Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and general support.
- Guide clients through the ordering process and provide detailed product information.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive products and company services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex inquiries effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
