This position is key to ensuring that Polish-speaking clients receive exceptional support and information about pharmaceutical products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, prescriptions, and health information.
- Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the pharmaceutical products offered and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Educate customers about product usage, side effects, and other important information related to pharmaceuticals.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn about pharmaceutical products and adhere to industry regulations.
