Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Polish, addressing inquiries related to shipment tracking, logistics solutions, and account management.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, providing timely and effective solutions to enhance their experience with logistics services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as operations and logistics, to assure smooth resolution of customer concerns.
- Provide updates to customers on shipment statuses and proactively communicate delays or changes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, services offered, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry, is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities that foster positive interactions with customers.
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
- A genuine interest in logistics and supply chain management will be highly regarded.
