Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish, assisting clients with inquiries related to logistics, shipping, and supply chain solutions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in our CRM system.
- Work closely with logistics and operations teams to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
- Stay informed about the company's products, services, and industry trends to offer relevant advice and support.
- Proactively engage with customers to follow up on service delivery and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to continually develop your customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing strategically.
