Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers before, during, and after flights.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the passenger experience.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all safety equipment is functional.
  • Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures.
  • Serve food, beverages, and other in-flight services professionally.
  • Handle passenger queries and resolve any in-flight issues promptly.
  • Follow all regulatory and safety compliance measures during flights.

Requirements

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language relevant to the operational area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related roles is advantageous.
