Key Skills & Attributes
•Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience
•Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliances
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Netsuite
•Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong communication skills
•Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage day-to-day finance tasks independently
Preferred Background
•Prior experience in mid to large-sized organizations preferably in IT / technology sector
•Experience in accounting and tax is essential
•Exposure to facing audits and tax assessments
•Experience of transfer pricing will be an added advantage
