Job Overview

As a Social Commerce Project Manager, you will be assigned brands under Social Commerce Managers based in the US. You will work in close synergy with them — aligning on brand strategy, execution, and performance goals — while independently owning day-to-day operations on TikTok Shop. Your core mission is to conduct brand and competitor analysis, maximize creator outreach, drive video volume, manage affiliate pipelines, and deliver performance reporting to accelerate brand GMV on TikTok Shop.

Ideal Candidate


  • 2–5 years in project management, influencer marketing, or ecommerce operations.

  • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, creator ecosystems, and affiliate programs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — essential for cross-timezone collaboration with US teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization.

  • Self-starter who can independently manage multiple brands without hand-holding.

  • Comfortable working in synergy with international stakeholders and adapting to their working styles.
