We’re looking for a proven B2B Sales Development Representative with strong cold-calling experience who can confidently book qualified meetings for our recruiting and staffing services. Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Appointment Setting: Secure and schedule discovery calls with qualified leads for senior sales executives or the founder.
- Cold Calling Mastery: Execute scripted calls with professionalism, persuasion, and resilience to consistently drive conversions.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and timely records in tools like Apollo, Job Diva, or similar platforms.
- Objection Handling: Stay calm under pressure, address concerns effectively, and re-engage cold leads with persistence.
- Process Adherence: Follow structured call scripts, outreach sequences, and proven sales playbooks to maximize success.
- Collaboration: Align closely with recruiters and leadership to ensure outreach supports active hiring needs.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Minimal Accent & Clear Communication: Fluent in spoken and written English with a neutral or light accent.
- B2B SDR Experience: 3+ years of outbound prospecting and appointment setting in a business-to-business environment.
- Cold Calling Proficiency: Demonstrated success in making high-volume cold calls, booking meetings, and managing objections.
- Scripted Environment Experience: Comfortable following structured sales processes, scripts, and proven frameworks.
- Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRMs and outbound tools (Apollo, Job Diva, or similar).
- Resilient & Goal-Driven: Thrive in a quota-driven role, stay persistent with tough leads, and adapt based on feedback.
- Self-Starter: Proactive in outreach and consistent in follow-through without requiring reminders.
