As our Continuity Solutions Consultant, you'll be the front-line champion helping Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across North America protect their clients from data disasters. By bringing Pax8’s Cloud Continuity SaaS solutions to life, you’ll help thousands of businesses stay resilient in a world that can’t afford downtime.


👟 What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Every day, you’ll put your prospecting hat on (figuratively… or literally if that’s your style), manage a pipeline of MSPs, and turn interest into action. You’ll respond to inbound leads, deliver demos that dazzle, close deals, and collaborate with Solution Engineers to solve real Partner problems. You’ll also keep Salesforce up to date—because if it’s not in the CRM, did it even happen?


🎯 To Thrive in This Role, You Must…

  • Have 3+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS or IaaS

  • Know your way around the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem (O365, M365, Azure, CSP)

  • Be confident using Salesforce and LinkedIn to build and track relationships

  • Understand networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing fundamentals

  • Be ready to speak to the Pax8 value prop like it’s your favorite karaoke song

  • Love exceeding quota—because you’ve done it before (top 10–20% of reps)


🔭 Within Your First Year, You’ll:

  • Within 30 Days: Be trained on Pax8's Cloud Continuity portfolio, understand our unique Cloud Marketplace model, and start engaging warm leads.

  • Within 60 Days: Run your own product demos with confidence and start closing small-to-mid-size deals independently.

  • Within 90 Days: Own a healthy, qualified pipeline and hit your first sales target.

  • By Month 6: Be the go-to Continuity expert for your territory, closing deals regularly and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • By Month 12: Have built a loyal base of MSP Partners and consistently hit or exceed quota—while mentoring new team members along the way.

📚 Education & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is welcome.

  • Certifications are great—but passion, knowledge, and results matter most.

Compensation: Qualified candidates can expect a base salary of $68,250.00 and On Target Earnings of $105,000.00
