About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Citrix Engineer to join our client’s helpdesk team. The candidate must have a passion for technology and deep expertise in Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and NetScaler.

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Citrix environments, Azure Virtual Desktop, and NetScaler.

• Manage and resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 support teams.

• Perform system administration tasks, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.

• Optimize and manage NetScaler configurations to ensure high availability and performance.

• Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and support infrastructure projects.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

• Provide training and guidance to junior support staff.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are followed.
