About the Role
We’re looking for a Account Manager (Influencer / Creator Campaigns) to own the end-to-end execution and optimization of our client campaigns. You will join our Operations team, reporting directly to the Head of Operations, and manage one direct report.
As the Campaign Operations Manager, you will be the central hub of our campaign operations, taking a hands-on role in the end-to-end execution and strategic delivery of existing and future productized services. You’ll own the entire campaign lifecycle, from proactive client communication and empathetic negotiation with technical creators, to mastering our current processes and designing the next generation of automated systems and tools.
Work hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM CET (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM PHT)

What you’ll do
End-to-End Campaign Delivery and Customer Success - Own and execute the operational execution and success of short-term campaigns and long-term programs, meeting or exceeding expectations on SLAs, KPIs, internal goals, and compliance
Process Automation & Operational Design - Quickly become an expert in existing campaign processes, identify current bottlenecks, and develop immediate, measurable operational improvements. This role will eventually build, implement, and execute scalable, automated workflows and internal tools for future productized services
Team Leadership - Mentoring and guiding your direct report to ensure high-quality, on-time client service
Own and execute the entire campaign lifecycle for B2B clients, ensuring deliverables meet diverse success metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
Be the operational point of contact for clients and creators, proactively anticipating their needs and bridging the gap between strategy and execution
Quickly master our existing campaign processes, identify key bottlenecks, and execute immediate, measurable operational improvements
Build, implement, and execute scalable internal workflows and tools using no-code/low-code solutions to automate high-volume or high-manpower tasks
Lead the initiative to develop the processes and systems for future product and service offerings in collaboration with the Head of Operations and Product
Manage, coach, and support your direct report to maintain a high bar for operational execution and client service
Make all non-cross-functional decisions related to campaign management and operations, owning your domain completely
