General Summary

 

The Training Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing the Training function to ensure employees possess the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to support safe, effective, compliant, and efficient operations. This role directly supervises the Training Specialist and Training Specialist II positions and is responsible for the development, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of training systems, programs, and initiatives supporting Production and Quality.

This role directly supervises the Training Specialist and Training Specialist II positions and is responsible for the development, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of training systems, programs, and initiatives supporting Production and Quality.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, Manufacturing, Quality, Continuous Improvement, or related functions within a regulated medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 5+ years of leadership, supervisory, project leadership, team development, or functional training leadership experience.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop, interpret, and communicate training metrics and KPIs.
    • High English proficiency (B2+ / C1)
