- Taking care of proper flow of documents (mainly invoices) in accounting department,
- Entering payments into the banking system,
- Monitoring due date of payments to vendors
- Reconciliation credit cards spendings with costs invoices
- Assistance in cost invoices bookkeeping, under supervision of the Chief Accountant
