PMC Mechanical Engineer (Detailed Engineering & Execution)

The Opportunity

• Seeking an experienced PMC Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in detailed mechanical engineering and execution-phase support for Oil & Gas projects in KSA. The role involves supervising contractor mechanical engineers and ensuring engineering deliverables meet project, safety, and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Review and approve mechanical detailed engineering deliverables (equipment datasheets, layouts, calculations).
• Supervise contractor mechanical engineers during execution.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, and client standards.
• Support construction by resolving mechanical design issues.
• Participate in vendor technical evaluations and FAT/SAT activities.
• Ensure constructability, maintainability, and safety of designs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years mechanical engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years Oil & Gas experience in the GCC.
• PMC experience managing contractor mechanical teams.
