About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Specialist - Vendor Operations to join PhonePe lending Collections team.If you have 2–3 years of experience and a passion for process optimization and data management, this is your opportunity to manage and streamline PhonePe lending Collections critical daily operational and billing workflows. You will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strict compliance across Collections operations.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Manage the end-to-end User ID management and Lifecycle processes, including the creation, maintenance, and deactivation of user IDs.
  • Oversee Billing & Optimization, specifically managing and reconciling invoices from external collection agencies and actively working to optimize the billing workflow for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure 100% compliance by validating agent onboarding documentation and auditing operational processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive operational data and provide regular status updates to the broader team through reporting.

What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Experience)

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Operations Management or a similar Vendor operations function.
  • Data Expertise: Strong ability to clean, analyze, and manage large operational datasets.
  • Advanced Excel Mastery: Proficiency in critical functions including XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and advanced data logic formulas.
  • Core Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proven knack for identifying and implementing process improvements.
